Our Favourite Nun : Sister Mary Olga Fortitude

Remember my post on Nuns with Bad Habits as I discussed and reviewed the book "Misadventures of Sister Mary Olga Fortitude" and we talked about who love for more than the Holy Spirit and her secret stash. Well today's review takes us deeper into the world of Sister Mary Olga Fortitude as I review Book Two in the series by Author Davis Aujourd'Hui , I wonder if his inspiration came from being around nuns or the stereotype of Nuns on TV. Who remembers the movie Casanova with Heath Ledger , remember the nunnery scene where he slept with the majority of Nuns in the convent, those naughty nuns breaking their vows of celibacy just to be romantically charmed and swooned over by Casanova himself or in mind the hunky Heath Ledger who sadly passed a couple of years ago.

Today's Book review is titled "Babes in Bucksnort" by Davis Aujourd'Hui-2010.

Babes in Bucksnort lets us to be reunited with our favourite Sister -Sister Mary Olga Foritude and her crowd of misfits that we met in book one "The Misadventures of Sister Mary Olga Fortitude". Once again as we all know Sister Mary loves nothing but pushing the boundaries and now that the cat is out of the bag in Bucksnort that the Reverand Mother was a former prostitute all is a bundle of troubles and triumphs. However things are about to take a nose dive into the trouble category as in Snortlands , our favourite busybody Priscilla is on a crusade to clear Snortlands of Gays , remember our friend that supplies Sister Mary Olga Fortitude with her cigarettes. Priscilla then convinces the town's millionaire to hire the Born Again Disciples for Jesus and their redneck Reverand Billy-Bob Blunthead to do the job. It will be a stand against human rights as in the march to take down Gays , more closet doors are opening rather than shutting. Can Sister Mary Olga Fortitude help save the gays and help them to reclaim Snortland? . Once again "Babes in Bucksnort" is a fun book that will keep you in stitches as you turn each page , filled with the outrageous humour of Sister Mary Olga Fortitude and the convent sisters of Bucksnort, Wisconsin.
