The Accidental Werewolf - Dakota Cassidy

Following the tradition of featuring Supernatural books on my site for the month of October , I'd have to say that I have done better than I thought I had LOL. Today's post is the first book in the Accidental Series by Dakota Cassidy.
The Accidental Werewolf (Accidental Friends, Book 1)

Review: The Accidental Werewolf - Book #1: Accidental Friends Series-Dakota Cassidy-2008

Imagine one day working for a cosmetic company , hanging around with your two odd best friends and wham something happens and you find yourself bitten by a huge dog.
That is what happened to Marty , a cosmetic saleswoman from Bobbie-Sue Cosmetics , she had just passed lavender on the colour wheel and was heading fast towards sky-blue where once you reached Sky-Blue , you received a sky blue convertible.
I love the Accidental Friends series by Dakota Cassidy as she just makes you want to laugh out loud with her quick wit and characters different personalities. If you have never believed in the statement that opposites attract , read The Accidental Werewolf or any of the books in the series as we have controllable and Miss Bossy-Boots Marty , Rude and Foul-mouthed Nina and Timid and Peace Mediator Wanda.
For Marty, her life has been turned upside down as Werewolf Pack Leader - well one of them accidentally bit her and turned her into one of them.
Now Marty must adjust to life as a werewolf from the continual and never-ending hair growth , no matter how many times she shaves, waxes etc , the need for meat which wouldn't be too difficult for a normal person but Marty - a Vegetarian has gone from detesting meat to wanting it bloody rare.
We read as Marty must come to terms with the fact that she is A) Werewolf and B) the guy who bit her Keegan is now her eternal soulmate. Of course, if only things were easy as we watch ex-boyfriends and ex-girlfriends appear in and out of the pages , Marty finds herself kidnapped and what will be the reaction of Marty's friends when she lets them into the lil secret of "I'm a Werewolf". I guess the only upside of Marty's being turned is that she can continue to work in the Make-Up industry as the Werewolf pack that she now belongs too owns Pack Cosmetics.
