                                                      The Blood Countess

Review : The Blood Countess - Tara Moss - 2010

Unfortunately I could only find the cover of the audiobook, but do not be dismayed readers as it is available in print format as Im not one for audiobooks , I dont mind listening to music on my IPOD but when it comes to books , I prefer to read not listen.
The Blood Countess by Tara Moss is Book #1 in a new series called "The Pandora English" which tells the tale of Pandora English and her arrival to her great-aunt Celia's house. Her great-aunt Celia has a secret though, she has powers and is a Sanguine, not a Vampire as sorts but still an immortal and forever have youthful beauty. For years, as a child Pandora experienced the ability to predict death and communicate with the dead -after being told it was nonsense as a child -she harnessed her ability in and blocked it out , now 18 and living with her aunt Celia - strange things have happened and what will happen to Pandora as she gets caught up in a Vampire scandal with BloodYouth model Anathasia and ends up staking her. Soon Pandora finds herself trapped with The Blood Countess : Elizabeth of Bathory, will she escape or will she find herself becoming one of the things she killed and what will happen then to Lieutenant Luke - a ghost from the civil war whom Pandora has a crush on.
