Review: The Redemption of Callie and Kayden - Jessica Sorenson

Review: The Redemption of Callie and Kayden - Book #2 The Coincidence Series - Jessica Sorenson - August 2013

For those who read The Phantom Paragrapher reviews, they will know that I am somewhat a
"read out of order" series girl and honestly it's not done on purpose. It will be because I did not click that it was part of a series or I will pick it up to read and discover that though it's book #2 , the library etc does not have book #1 and so forth.
The Redemption of Callie and Kayden , though worked out great as it can be read and understood as a stand-alone novel if you end up being like me and reading it out of order. In The Redemption, it starts off with Kayden almost dying and in a hospital where he is being treated for self-mutilation and also his parents are trying to buy off Caleb - to stop him from pressing charges as Kayden beat him up in a result of Caleb sexually assaulting Callie. All Callie wants is to be in the arms of the one person she loves and the one person she can be herself around, the one person who though he thinks he isn't capable of love -he in fact is the other half for Callie. Can Callie with the help of her best friends Luke and Seth, prove to Kayden that she is there for him - no matter what and that she will always love him. Is life and fate giving Callie and Kayden a second chance at a happiness, that due to family and personal circumstances was robbed from them at an early age ?
Find out in this awesome and touching, fast-paced New Adult novel by Jessica Sorenson. A novel that I really enjoyed and has made me put on hold her backlist of books to devour.
