Anna is back and trying to live her life as normal as she can , at least she can go back to having her original name. Life is starting to go well and it seems that things have calmed down too and maybe Anna and her family can move on with things and no longer have to worry about checking over her shoulder every five minutes. That is until she is contacted by Thomas - the guy that she thought was an FBI agent and the one she trusted the most. Turns out that Thomas works for the bad guys and has been contracted to kill Anna but there is something about Thomas that he can't bring himself to kill Anna, despite his misguidedness and bad man ways - deep down he cares about her. During the end of the novel, we discover why he cares about Anna. What will happen though when Thomas ends up kidnapping not only Anna but Ethan and Teeny along with one of the FBI agents ? What is Thomas's plan especially when Anna discovers he has also kidnapped one of the FBI Agent's grandson's Noah? When it comes down to the crunch who is Thomas working for and has he been set up to take the fall when Anna discovers that there is a mole within the FBI ?
