Review: Hidden Sins - Book#1 Luke Fletcher Series - Karice Bolton - June 2014

Hannah has witnessed something that she wished she could take back as now it means that her life is at risk and that like her friend , she could end up dead. In Hidden Sins , we read that Hannah belongs to a cult-like community whom many agencies have been trying to take down but have never been able to get a foot in the door as their informants have all ended up dead. Running for her life, Hannah reaches a small-town but life has other plans for Hannah as her car breaks down and then she goes to get a cup of coffee only to discover that her accounts have already been frozen as her card declines. It is at the coffee shop, she meets Luke Fletcher who seems like her knight in shining armour. He saves her, then helps her get to where she needs to be. Luke has never been affected by a female like this before and wants to help her but Hannah has other problems she is running from as she has been found and quickly too and they are really going out of their way to make sure that she won't talk.
Will Hannah and Luke finally get their HEA or will the community get to Hannah before Luke can save her and Hannah become another one of their countless victims? 
At first I thought Hidden Sins would have a paranormal or supernatural feel to it, due to the cover but it is in fact a romantic suspense story that in a way reminded me of K.A Tucker's series "Ten Tiny Breaths".

Review: Steel Princess - Book #2 Royal Elite Series - Rina Kent - December 2019 At the end of Book #1, we were left on a cliffhanger of Elsa being pushed into the pool. At the beginning of book #2, she is saved by a newcomer to the school - Knox.  We can see some friendly flirting but nothing more going on between these two, but it riles up Aiden who still has this mindset of "if I can't have her, no-one can" especially since he is supposed to be engaged to Silver Queens. During Book #2 Elsa starts to recall some more memories and goes to Dr.Khan in hopes that he can open her Pandora's box and can restore her full memories of what happened before she was seven years old. Review: Dr. Strange Beard - Book #5 Winston Brothers Series - Penny Reid - July 2018 If there is a family that I love to read about it has been the Winston Brothers. This has to be one of my favorite book series out there as the brothers ; you can't help but fall in love with them all - with their funny quirks and their redneck comments.
