Jesse Welles , is the type of guy who puts the whole policeman and doctor analogy of the stereotypical son in reality. As he is trouble , what started off as working on cars for his friend's uncle turned into working on stolen cars for the Russians and with Russians comes the words "mobsters" and "dangerous criminals". During this time, he meets Viktor Petrova and his wife Alexandria. Viktor is like Alex's sugar daddy and is considered his property. Jesse knows he shouldn't fall in love with Alex but he can't help it as he sees something spark in him when he's anywhere near her.  Fast forward several months and the story begins with Jesse finding Alex half-dead and rushing her to the hospital where his mum and sister work and the town where his father is the Sheriff. When Alex wakes up though, she can't remember anything important from her past including her name and how she got to where she is now. While in the hospital ,she meets fellow patient Ginny and Ginny offers Alex to come and stay with her. At this stage, Alex's name is "Jane Doe" , what will JD call herself when she comes to create a new name for herself ? Will she ever be able to remember her past including the boy she fell in love with and the life she escaped ? What will happen though to her if it is leaked that she may remember any part of her former life ?
Has Alex been given a second chance at a new life ? Read as Alex renames herself Water in this new series by K.A Tucker.
